Transfers
ARRIVALS
At the railroad station the chauffeur will generally await you at the exit from the arrival platform.
At the airport, he/she will await you in the terminal outside the door where you recover your luggage.
To anticipate delays, we systematically follow your train or flight.
The chauffeur will be there 15 minutes in advance of your arrival with your name on a sign. His portable phone number will have been transmitted to you prior to your arrival.
DEPARTURE
The chauffeur will alert you 15 minutes prior to his/her arrival.
He/she will drop you off as close as possible to the check-in area.
If permitted, he/she will help you transport your luggage to check-in.
If you desire,
